a) Each player has the right to request his exclusion from betting services for a specific period of time of 7, 14, 30, 60 and 90 days or even for indefinite period of time. During self-exclusion period the user is not allowed to participate in the games, from which he has excluded himself. Also during the self-exclusion period the user does not have the right to create a new account. If a new account is detected, the company will immediately deactivate it. We urge players to delete any gambling-related subscriptions or social media.
b) You may at any time change or remove your limits. Increase in limits will take immediate effect. If you wish to decrease or remove the limits regarding your request for a specific period of time, this will come into effect twenty four (24 hours) after your request. If you wish to decrease or remove the limits regarding your request for indefinite period of time, this will come into effect seven (7) days after your request.
c.1) If a player wants to be excluded from all betting services of our company for indefinite period of time, he should use the `Disable my account` option, which can be found in the `Limits & exclusions` option. If you wish to reverse your self-exclusion request, this will come into effect seven (7) days after your request. Alternatively, if a player wants to be permanently excluded from the betting services of our company he has to go in person to the Estonian Gambling Authority ETCB (Estonian Tax and Customs Board) and apply to be removed from the HAMPI list (with the exception of Estonian nationals), which means that he permanently excludes himself from gambling. Please note that such requests will not be reversible. (Our company is not able to perform the above mentioned actions on behalf of the player).
c.2) Regarding the Estonian citizens, if a player wants to be permanently excluded from the betting services of our company, he should either use the 'Disable my account' option, which can be found in the `Limits & exclusions` option, or download and print the request for exclusion application form by clicking HERE. The application form should be completed and signed by the applicant with a color passport type photo attached in the appropriate box. The signed application form, together with a colored copy of the applicant’s passport or ID, should be scanned and sent via e-mail to the e-mail address: [email protected]. Start date of the self-exclusion is the date of the company’s reply to the player’s e-mail address, confirming the successful execution of the above request. Please note that such requests are permanent and will not be reversible.
