In case you can´t create an invoice should just ask for a withdrawal request and click on Transactions List to create "Credit note". "Credit note" is only available to pending withdrawal requests. You need to print it, sign it and send it via email to {$GLOBAL_EMAIL_GENERAL}, when you will get the "credit note" signed by us, the payment of your commission will be completed.-->
